五显科技研发中心配套住宅装修工程（11-15#）（施工）

施工招标

修改、澄清（答疑）纪要内容如下：

1、本工程随公告发布的《建筑施工图》图纸有缺漏，原《建筑施工图》图纸作废，现将完整的《建筑施工图》图纸随本纪要同时发布，请各投标人 (略) “招标文件澄清与修改”中的“其他文件”栏目中下载，否则由此引起的一切后果由投标人自行承担。

2、本工程发布的工程量清单编制说明第六条和控制价编制说明第七条，装饰部分补充以下内容：7.a、b户型厨房窗户窗台板暂不计入本工程。

3、本工程招标文件中的《主要材料设备参考品牌明细表》、工程量清单编制说明和控制价编制说明中的《材料设备品牌表》中，对“开关面板、插座”参考品牌进行调整，并新增铝型材和玻璃原片材料的参考品牌，详见下表：
